When reporting a problem, it helps to include your iPhone model, iOS version, and — if it's about an import — which airline and roster format (NetLine/CrewLink, AIMS, or Jeppesen) the PDF came from. Never send anything you consider sensitive; a description of what went wrong is usually enough.

Where is my data stored?
In your own iCloud account, synced across your devices. We don't run a server that holds your roster. See the Privacy Policy for details.
My roster didn't import correctly.
Roster formats vary between airlines. Try selecting the specific format in the PDF import screen instead of Auto, and email support@windshear.app describing what was wrong (missing flights, wrong dates, etc.) so it can be improved.
Why are actual times or tracking missing for a flight?
Live data depends on a third-party provider and is best for upcoming and in-progress flights. Older or unscheduled flights may not resolve, and some details (like the tail number) only appear once an aircraft is airborne.
How do I stop sharing my roster?
Open the Friends tab and use Stop Sharing (revokes everyone) or remove an individual person. Once revoked, the invite link no longer works.
